The social spectrum was an e-newsletter that encouraged senior, middle and entry-level social workers to publish their articles, The newsletter was planned to be released every 15th and 30th of a month. We had sections such as the hero of social work, go international, student corner, etc. This newsletter was prepared by social workers for social workers across India. we had decided to have a separate section for employment.  we would like to print all employment opportunities related to Medical social work, HR, Community development, Family and child welfare, etc. as this was the first edition and we found the employment section will bridge the gap between the recruiter and the seekers.
